After diagnostics, we present a detailed proposal outlining recommended parts, labor hours, and projected timelines. All work is invoiced upon completion so you pay only for approved services rendered.
Can I supply my own parts?
You may. However, we’ll first verify compatibility and warranty implications. In some cases, sourcing through our network secures better coverage and turnaround. We’re happy to discuss the option that makes the most sense for you.
Does Highline Auto offer pickup and delivery services or off-site diagnostics?
Pickup and delivery services are available when possible. There may be an additional fee if you are located more than ten miles from the shop address. For off-site diagnostics, there will be a fee for us to come to you. Please call or email for additional information.
